Meet Marty!
Marty is a very sweet kitten who's still feeling unsure about the world around him. At the moment, life seems quite scary to Marty, so he'll need a calm, understanding home that's happy to spend time gently building his confidence.
With the right match, Marty may be able to live with children who are cat‑experienced and respectful, but a meet would be important to ensure everyone feels comfortable. He'll thrive with adopters who understand that confidence takes time and who are willing to let him progress at his own pace.
An older, confident cat in the home would likely be a wonderful support for Marty and help him learn that new situations aren't so frightening.
He's not quite sure what to make of toys yet, which is very normal for a kitten who's still gaining confidence - play may come later once he's feeling more secure.
For the right family, Marty has the potential to grow into a loving and gentle companion. He just needs patience, kindness, and a safe space to help him flourish. 🧡

- While our shelters are open, not every pet available for adoption will be onsite and available in person. To express your interest, Apply to Adopt online and if it's a perfect match you will be shortlisted and contacted via phone by our Adoption Team to discuss the animal in detail.
