Billy is a curious little boy with a gentle heart and a playful spirit. Having spent his early days in shelter care, he's now ready to discover the world beyond and find a place to truly call home. He loves to explore, chase after toys, and watch everything around him with wide, inquisitive eyes.
Billy is looking for an owner who will provide a safe, patient, and loving environment where he can continue to grow and learn all the wonderful things that come with being a cat. With kindness and care, he'll blossom into a loyal and affectionate companion.
He may be small, but his personality is full of charm and potential. All he needs is someone willing to give him a chance. In return, Billy promises to fill your days with curiosity, warmth, and plenty of sweet moments.
