Hi, I’m Rani
Rani is a timid but gentle soul who blossoms with time, patience, and a calm environment. She will need to begin her new life in a small launch room so she can adjust without feeling overwhelmed, as large open spaces can be too much for her at first. A home with plenty of safe spaces-scratching posts, cat trees, cardboard hideaways, and access to shelves or dressers-will help her feel secure as she settles in. Rani is best suited to an adopter who understands that she may take a little while to show her true personality, but once she feels safe, her curiosity and confidence begin to grow. Older kids or teens who can respect her boundaries and read basic cat body language would be a good match. She does well with other cats, and having a feline friend can help her feel more comfortable, provided introductions are slow and respectful. She may also do well with a calm, social dog under monitored interactions. In a patient, understanding home, Rani's gentle nature and emerging adventurous side will continue to shine, making her a lovely and rewarding companion.
