Hi, I’m Cornelius
Cornelius is a big boy with an even bigger heart. He can be a little shy at first, but with love, patience, and a few tasty treats, he'll soon show you his gentle side. Cornelius is happiest when he's lounging around, watching the world go by from a sunny window, and enjoying the quiet life - so he's best suited to a family who isn't looking for a highly active or playful cat.
He came to us lost and sad, and now dreams of a safe, warm, and loving home where he can truly relax. A launch room for 3-5 days and cozy hideaways (like an igloo bed or box) will help him settle in at his own pace.
Older, respectful children are preferred, as Cornelius enjoys a calm environment. Inexperienced adopters are welcome, though a basic understanding of cat behaviour will help as he can be shy at times.
Cornelius is ready to return loyalty and love in abundance to the special family who will let him live life at his own relaxed pace.

- While our shelters are open, not every pet available for adoption will be onsite and available in person. To express your interest, Apply to Adopt online and if it's a perfect match you will be shortlisted and contacted via phone by our Adoption Team to discuss the animal in detail.
